1. General Provisions

2. Service Terms

Our services include consulting sessions, workshops, and live briefings on social, technological, and economic topics. By scheduling a session, you agree to the following:

Scheduling: Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement. You may request a change in schedule at least 48 hours before the session.
Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the session qualify for a full refund. Cancellations with less notice are not eligible for a refund due to resource commitment.

3. Info Product Terms

Digital materials, including reports and e-books, are delivered electronically upon payment. Access is granted immediately and a file download link is provided. All sales are final after delivery. Eligible issues related to non-delivery or file errors may be addressed under the refund policy below.

4. Physical Goods Terms

Physical items purchased may be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us to obtain shipping instructions. Items received damaged or altered may qualify for a partial refund or none, depending on condition.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Refunds for services are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. You may request schedule changes once without penalty if notified at least 48 hours in advance.

5.2 Info Products

Requests for refunds of digital products due to delivery issues or defects must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment channel.

5.3 Physical Goods

After we receive and inspect items sent back, approved refunds are issued within 7 business days. Shipping costs are not reimbursed except in cases of defect or shipping error. Please retain proof of shipment for tracking.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bespoke research projects and promotional engagements are non-refundable due to the preparatory effort involved. This will be noted explicitly in each project agreement.
